Ryan Coleman-Ferebee is a marketing strategist and brand leader with more than twenty years of experience developing integrated marketing campaigns for consumer, energy, and enterprise technology brands. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ryan’s career blends strategic marketing leadership with a long-standing commitment to mentorship, creativity, and community engagement.

Ryan spent more than a decade with NRG Energy, where he helped lead integrated marketing initiatives across several retail energy brands, including Direct Energy, Cirro Energy, and Discount Power. In these roles, he collaborated with executive leadership and agency partners to launch campaigns across broadcast, digital, and social media channels while managing large-scale marketing programs supporting customer portfolios exceeding half a million customers.

Earlier in his career, Ryan worked with enterprise technology clients, including HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, delivering interactive marketing initiatives that included digital product demonstrations, microsites, SharePoint-based portals, and sales enablement platforms supporting product launches and trade show programs. These projects combined traditional marketing strategy with emerging digital technologies and multimedia production.

Ryan is the founder of Quixotry LLC, a marketing and brand strategy consultancy focused on helping organizations clarify their market position and develop integrated marketing strategies designed to drive growth. His work emphasizes practical execution, clear messaging, and alignment between brand strategy and business objectives.
